San Francisco proudly claims American Giant, famous for its high-quality sweats and T-shirts, as a local biz. The company's headquarters are in the city proper, and all of their manufacturing happens in Brisbane. Slate recently called their full-zip hoodie the "greatest hoodie ever made." The sweatshirt sold out in short order. Now, Giant is coming out with a new, snap-front hoodie that's super cozy and possibly even more covetable than the zip version. Is it perhaps just the thing the boyfriend or hubby would like to see under the tree in a few weeks?
This limited edition "snap hoodie cardigan" is varsity jacket meets cardigan meets outerwear hoodie—they call it the perfect marriage of two of their most popular jackets: the full zip hoodie and the snap cardigan. It's made of pre-washed, heavyweight 100 percent cotton with brass snaps. Don't miss the launch
tomorrow, December 11 Thursday December 13 at 9pm Pacific time, when you'll be able to purchase it in navy blue, black or heather gray, exclusively on American Giant's website for $89.
