Folks in Hayes Valley have been wondering what's up with the three-high stack of shipping containers looming in their hood. HayesWire reports it's the future home of LA-based Aether Apparel, sellers of chic and rugged outdoor wear. (We're loving the long fleece hoodie, $155). The company seems to have affection for the neighborhood—it camped out in an airstream earlier this year during Proxy Project. Hayeswire says Aether will open January 8th. Stay tuned!
