Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
San Francisco artist Philippe Jestin first opened his flat to the public for the annual San Francisco Open Studios in October, and it was such fun that he's decided to be open a few times per month. Today is your last chance (this month anyway) to pop into his Up...Up...Up studio and gallery, where his delightfully colorful resin mobiles, drawings and other abstract works will be on view and for sale. He'll be welcoming folks from 1 to 5pm at 646 Laguna Street at Grove.
Don't worry if you can't make it today, you can check out Up...Up..Up by appointment. And keep an eye out for dates when the studio will be open to the public one or two weekends a month and some weekdays going forward.
