You've likely noticed the filming in your hood or heard about the fact that Woody Allen's next movie takes place in San Francisco. Until recently, the flick remained nameless, but we've now gotten word that the title will be Blue Jasmine. Cate Blachett's character is named Jasmine, and she's feeling a bit, well, blue, and broke, when she escapes her situation in NYC to slum it in our fair city.
