Twitter just announced its new product Vine yesterday, and Urban Outfitters is already experimenting with it. The service allows users to record six-second GIF-like looping videos. Naturally, one involves dogs and another involves PBR. All UO needs is a cat Vine and their repertoire will be well rounded. [Racked]
