Les Leventhal, a San Francisco yoga instructor at Yoga Tree with a cult-like following, is teaching a free class at Lululemon on Grant Street this Sunday, January 6 from 9 to 10am. Perfect timing to get started on your New Year's resolution to get more fit, bendy, and/or peaceful. Plus, Les promises "yumminess after class!" And while you're there, you can stock up on cute workout duds, which will make those fitness promises to yourself easier to keep.
