You've likely heard the news that Tosca Cafe reopened last week after its new New Yorker owners spent nearly nine months revamping the interior as well as the menu. We welcome the new: it all looks gorgeous, and three cheers for a full kitchen. But we're also grateful that some of the old Tosca will live on. Like our sister site Eater writes: "It wouldn't be Tosca without the famous house cappuccino, which Shumway has reimagined for the modern era. His recipe features armagnac, Buffalo Trace bourbon, organic milk, and a chocolate ganache from the Mission's Dandelion." That, we thought, was worthy of its very own outfit. Cheers!
