Target will soon alert shoppers to products it sells that contain ingredients harmful to health or the environment. The program includes 7,500 cleaning, personal care and beauty, and baby-care products, and next year will extend to cosmetics. Makers of the products are required to provide the info to Target, and the retailer will grade them on a 100-point scale. [SF Gate]
