The 2013 Racked Awards are coming up this Thursday. To refresh, there are twelve categories this year; three were open to a reader vote, and the other nine will be chosen by Racked editors. All of the nominees represent the best and brightest in local retail and shopping, and the awards range from the Best New Store to the Coolest Pop-Up Shop.
