Los Angeles-based Klein Epstein & Parker, a bespoke men's suit brand that caters to the "nonconformist" male, is opening up shop in the new development at 300 Ivy Street at Gough in Hayes Valley.

Each K.E.P. custom suit is made to the customer's specifications, right down to the buttons—as well as the Italian fabric, thread, under-collar felt, and monogram. The brand has two other locations in West Hollywood and Costa Mesa; look for the third San Francisco location to open in November.
