MAC Cosmetics Will Open a Huge New Store on Powell

Everyone wants a piece of Union Square these days, and MAC Cosmetics is no exception. The company will open its third U.S. flagship—and first-ever "PRO-Flagship" fusion store, at 45 Powell street in Februay 2014, SF Gate reports. The store will cater to professional makeup artists, with a makeup room, lash bar, makeup application services and the brand's full PRO line. The store will be just a few doors down from Sephora at 33 Powell, and not far from the new Benefit flagship that opened in July at 262 Sutter.
