Gap and Banana Republic's Reserve in Store program has done so well that it's expanding to all BR stores and more than 200 additional Gap stores in 15 cities. The pilot project (which Racked tried out and loved) in San Francisco and Chicago was a success, and just one aspect of the brands' "omni-channel" approach going forward. [MarketWatch]
