Kiehl's to Open New SF Digs With Food, Charity and Freebies

Kiehl's is opening a brand new storefront in SF's Stonestown Galleria Mall, and you know what that means, right? Yep, a grand opening party. It's on December 4 from 1-2:30pm. But just because it's a daytime party and it's only an hour-and-a-half long, don't think that means anyone's skimping on anything. Behold all of the fun to be packed into that 1.5 hours:

1. "A culinary showdown" to benefit 18 Reasons—chefs from Tacolicious and 18 Reasons (an SF-based food nonprofit) will each serve a healthy holiday dish. Guests will vote for the winning dish. The winning chef will choose a must-have piece of holiday kitchen equipment, which Kiehl's will donate to 18 Reasons.
2. For every guest who spends $46 (an amount that can feed a child for one year) or more, Kiehl's will match that amount in a donation to 18 Reasons. Guests who spend that amount will also receive a complimentary Kiehl's Creme de Corps Soy Milk & Honey Whipped Body Butter.
3. The first 50 guests will get gift cards from $10 up to $1,000, and complimentary skin care consultations and mini-facials. Not a bad way to spend a Wednesday afternoon!
