For winter, bartender Maxwell Britten—of renowned Brooklyn cocktail den Maison Premiere—offers up the Coffee Cocktail. This classic concoction was created back in the 1880s and, despite the name, contains no coffee. In Britten's version, ruby port, cognac, egg, nutmeg, and Agave In The Raw® are shaken together for a rich taste and a spice perfect for the season.
