Hopefully Small Business Saturday got you amped to support the little guys when shopping for gifts, because the Bay Area will have no dearth of locally-made offerings this holiday season. Case in point: this coming weekend, the 7th annual San Francisco Bazaar will feature independent arts and crafts from more than 200 local venders. It's happening at the Concourse Exhibition Center's East Hall, December 7th and 8th from 11am to 6pm. It just might be a one-stop shop for checking off your entire list.
Look for jewelry, ceramics, home goods, knitted things, small batch skincare, chocolate treats, and aisles full of tons more. And if all that craftiness inspires you to make some gifts yourself, look for more than a dozen DIY and workshops.
The first 200 customers each day get a limited edition tote printed by Chromaculture and a print by Caitlin Kuhwald. There will be DJs and a free photo booth, plus Storenvy will host a gift-wrapping station, so you can dedicate the rest of the holiday season to putting your feet up and sipping spiked eggnog.
