Pixo Lamp by Fernando Pardo and Pablo Pardo, $200

They say nothing is made in America anymore, but folks in the Bay Area make all kinds of things, and they're not constructed of just felt and paper (tough some lovely things are). The Made in the Bay pop-up at the SFMOMA Museum Store at 51 Yerba Buena Lane is a perfect example, featuring wooden glasses by Capital Eyewear, Jawbone fitness-tracking wristbands, triangular rustic wooden cutting boards by Luke Bartel, Dandelion chocolate, and this amazing Pixo desk lamp that comes in a rainbow of colors. Quantities are limited, so get there well before the pop up ends on December 31.
