NORTH BEACH—Today marks the 80th anniversary of Prohibition's repeal, and Goorin Brothers is throwing a celebration. So in honor of the 21st Amendment, head over to 1612 Stockton Street tonight from 6 to 9p.m. for drinks and a speakeasy dance party. Remember to dress the part with a hat from Goorin's Heritage collection. Tip: whisper the word "Scofflaw" to tonight's bartender for a secret cocktail. [Racked Inbox]

MISSION—Head out to the Valencia Corridor Holiday Block Party tomorrow, December 6, from 6 to 10p.m. to feel the holiday cheer en masse. Over 50 businesses in the Mission (along 16th Street and down Valencia) are participating and offering deals, giveaways, refreshments, and special services (like nail art at Mira Mira).
