Amazon Fresh may be bringing same- and next-day grocery delivery to San Francisco as soon as tomorrow. The service's signature green trucks have been spotted in town, and job listings have been spotted online, but no one at Amazon has yet confirmed the launch. Safeway, Walmart, Google Shopping Express and Instacart offer similar services in the Bay Area. [All Things D]
