Don't sit at home with that boring old vibrator lamenting that you don't have a date on Valentine's Day. Celebrate self love at Crave's build-a-vibrator party in San Francisco on Thursday evening: Every hour on the hour from 5 to 10pm, the folks from Crave will run a vibrator-making workshop, during which you'll personalize a Crave Duet with the engraving and color of your choice.

Tickets are $75, and will get you drinks, snacks, and, of course, your customized version of the Duet, which is USB re-chargeable and includes an 8 or 16 GB memory drive and typically retails for $149 (and in some ways is priceless). Plus you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how the devices are made right here in San Francisco.

Arrive early and stay as long as you like after your workshop for wine, snacks and mingling with the founders Michael Topolovac (an entrepreneur) and Ti Chang (an industrial designer). Sounds like a mighty fine way to spend Valentine's day, whether you're solo or with a group of good-vibe friends. It's happening at The NWBLK, 1999 Bryant Street in San Francisco.
