A fashion film such as Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has To Travel, a documentary about the visionary woman who edited Vogue from 1963 to 1971, begs to be seen on the big screen. So if you missed the movie when it came to San Francisco in the fall, you'll be pleased to know Banana Republic is sponsoring another screening at the Castro Theater on Wednesday.
Even if you did see it in the fall, we're guessing you wouldn't mind seeing it again, especially since, at this viewing, fashion icon Joy Bianchi will be interviewing the director of the film, Lisa Immordino Vreeland. Plus any chance to witness the Castro's organ player is a major bonus in our book. Get your tickets here!
