What if the Beef Tartare With Poblano Chiles at State Bird Provisions Were an Outfit?

State Bird Provisions in the Western Addition is newly installed on the Eater SF 38, our sister publication's list of the city's best restaurants. And it's probably at least a little bit because of their beef tartare with poblano chilis.

If you can get past the fact that the pinky hues in this look represent raw meat, it's a pretty outfit, don't you think? Or, if you enjoyed Lada Gaga's raw meat ensemble, the analogy probably doesn't bother you in the least.
