PACIFIC HEIGHTS—The 2013 San Francisco Decorator Showcase is opening to the public come April 27, but why not head over to Curbed to look through the 60+ photo gallery we've already published of the 8,000 square foot home? Prepare to be dazzled.

MARIN COUNTY—Can you imagine hopping on a BART train to Marin County? We can't either, but that didn't stop plans from being developed back in the day.

EXCELSIOR—With houses in Noe Valley going into contract in less than a few hours, we thought it best to showcase some more attainable properties. We've mapped the ten least expensive properties for sale in the Excelsior. Most are under $500K and almost all are single-family homes.

SAN FRANCISCO—On the hunt for an affordable rental for you and your friends? We've picked three apartments for rent that each have at least 4 bedrooms. They're each between $4,500 and $4,980 a month.

POTRERO HILL—The California College of Arts is looking for room to grow into. The college's history goes back to 1907, and now they've put together a presentation on an Institutional Master Plan for the school's Potrero Hill campus. There's pretty renderings.

SAN FRANCISCO—This week's top three sales go to a single-family home in the Marina that sold for $3.6M; a glitzy condo at the Millennium Tower that sold for $3.8M, and a Russian Hill condo that sold for $6.5M.

THE MISSION—A 2-bed, 1-bath home recently came onto the market in a prime area of the Mission. 85 Linda is on a small alley and within walking distance (like, a block) to Dolores Park, Delfina, etc. It's asking $1.249M.
