Hayes Valley! Racked SF readers have spoken: The home of Azalea, Welcome Stranger, Rand + Statler, Acrimony, M.A.C. And NIDA, and the spanking new Gant Rugger, not to mention some seriously delish eating spots, is the city's most stylish neighborhood. And to think that not so long ago a freeway emptied into the center of this hood.
