MISSION—In addition to a new store, Converse is opening a temporary "Rubber Tracks" recording studio Monday, May 20 in the Mission. Per a press release, artists will be able to utilize the space for free recording sessions. It will be open through June 16. [Converse]
CROCKER GALLERIA—The TopShelf pop-up at the newly-refreshed Crocker Galleria is going to be a semi-permanent addition. Business Times reports that the formerly-mobile retailer has signed a month-to-month lease for a 400-square-foot location, which depending on business, it may occupy for a year. [BT]
