Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

San Francisco is a breeding ground for fashion blogs. It could be the city's eclectic, artistically-inclined crowd or just our collective obsession with the internet. One example is Song of Style, started in 2008 by then interior design student Aimee Song.

Over the years, we've watched Aimee refine and finesse her boho-meets-grunge style identity out on the streets of SF. And although she has since moved to LA, the blogger is returning to her old style stomping grounds tomorrow, May 17, with a fashion presentation at Macy's Union Square at 1pm as part of Macy's American Icons campaign. Visit with Aimee on the third level for style tips and general outfit inspiration.—Esther Hahn
