Whether you're a beauty minimalist or maximalist, mascara is a makeup bag must. It's the beauty equivalent of a black blazer: you can dress it down (one coat) or up (a ton of coats). In addition to being super-easy to remove (warm water does the trick), the barrel is decorated with a pretty floral motif, because pint-sized things should always look cute.
