Muji Reinvents the Umbrella, Results are Brilliant

Today's pick comes from Racked Interim Editorial Director Leslie Price.

2 ways foldable umbrella, $27.50 at Muji

I've spent years dealing with poorly constructed, ultimately disposable umbrellas. That is, until I bought this one at the Muji store right outside the Racked offices in NYC. Its limbs fold inward, sort of like your elbow does, allowing it to collapse in on itself to keep the wet exterior from dripping on your bag, hand or shoes. Its sprightly resin frame is incredibly sturdy and, when folded, very compact. It's incredible. Now I just need to figure out how to avoid losing it in a cab or a restaurant.
