Samy's Camera has opened a 12,000 square-foot shop in SOMA. Yes that says 12 THOUSAND. It's Samy's sixth location, and it's located at 9th and Bryant Streets in the former Ecohaus flooring and building supplies space, right next to Bed, Bath and Beyond, Trader Joe's and Nordstrom Rack. It carries photo and video supplies for hobbyists and professionals alike. Looks like Calumet has some competition. [SF Business Times]
