Chambers Eat & Drink was ripe for becoming one of our outifts. The interior is jaw-droppingly chic, and since it's at the Phoenix Hotel, which is known for putting up rock stars, it's also one of the best people-watching places in the city. Charles Doell is the interior designer responsible for placing that (literally) amazing sign behind the bar. How could you not want to hang out here for a cocktail for three?
