Sway Clothing opened its sixth Northern California location last week on Haight Street, Uppercasing tells us. The self-proclaimed purveyors of "cute, cheap dresses" (they are not kidding—most cost less than $50) also have summer blouses, skirts, jumpsuits, and tons of shoes.
