I've historically had an affinity for hippie garb: long flowy dresses, platform shoes, florals, wide-leg pants—you get the picture. But recently I'm having a menswear moment and it's totally liberating.

These Freda Salvador shoes made my long days of standing and walking at New York Fashion Week blissfully comfortable. There was no tottering around for me—I was dodging the gawkers and the flaunters clogging up the Lincoln Center sidewalk like a parkour pro.
