Poshmark, the Menlo Park-based mobile app that helps you cash in on your overflowing closet, has studied the 1.5 million items that have been sold using its platform and found that Louis Vuitton and Lululemon fly out of sellers' closets faster than any other brands. Strange bedfellows? Not if you've ever walked down Chestnut Street on a Saturday afternoon.
Other key insights Poshmark found in its study: Coach is the most popular handbag brand, Tory Burch is tops for shoes, Tiffany & Co. is most coveted in jewelry, and J. Crew is most-wanted for dresses and skirts. Examine all of Poshmark's findings for yourself, and you'll increase your own closet-profits in no time.
