We've bid adieu to 2013 and we've newly rung in 2014. It's that time of year for reflection and hope for the future, so, like last year, we asked local fashion gurus—stylists, PR mavens, bloggers—to weigh in on what they loved in 2013, and what they're looking forward to for the coming year. Here, they answer: "What was your favorite store to shop in 2013?"
