Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

We've bid adieu to 2013 and we've newly rung in 2014. It's that time of year for reflection and hope for the future, so, like last year, we asked local fashion gurus—stylists, PR mavens, bloggers—to weigh in on what they loved in 2013, and what they're looking forward to for the coming year. We've covered favorite stores to shop in 2013, and best retail newcomers, and here, they answer: "What was the best San Francisco shopping neighborhood of 2013?"
