It's been a while since we've hosted a Racked Fit Club, but the TRX Training Center is ending the dry spell! Join us on Tuesday, October 28th at 6pm for an hour of suspension-based circuit training at the company's awesome Nob Hill facility. TRX Coach Miguel Vargas will show us how to sculpt long, lean muscles and an ultra-tight core using body weight, gravity, and those yellow-and-black straps that hang in every gym.
