Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Walk into the new Neiman Marcus Last Call Studio at 767 Market Street and you're greeted by two racks of DVF and Theory. It's a perfect preview for what you'll see in the rest of the store: lots and lots of very full racks of clothes, with a mix of contemporary and higher end designers. In these two floors of discounted fashion you'll find inexpensive, on-trend pieces by designers like Vince, Joie, Equipment, and so much more.

There's a small men's section in the back of the lower level, mostly stocked with Neiman Marcus's house label and approximately 10 million ties. (Rough estimate.) Nearby is a surprisingly extensive handbag section, with brands ranging from Michael Kors —wow there's a lot of Michael Kors stocked here— to Valentino.

All in all, Neiman Marcus Last Call Studio is a great new addition to Market. You can find deeply discounted pieces that will fit right into your wardrobe. Just don't expect too many shoes; it's a small selection. As of right now, the stock leans towards sweaters and leather, keeping you on trend for Fall 2014. The officially opens today, so make sure you stop in for some major discount shopping.
