Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

If you don't have a Halloween costume yet, it's crunch time. But that doesn't mean that all hope is lost. We've culled some of the best Halloween resources in the city to get you out of this pinch. First up, our map of where to buy Halloween costumes in SF. For pre-made costumes, both Postmates and WunWun are ready to rush deliveries to you right now. If you're crafty and looking for a San Francisco-centric costume idea, The Bold Italic has a few suggestions. DIY-ers can checkout these looks from Pinterest staffers, while less savvy crafters can try these three costume ideas that can be finished in less than two hours.

For those of you considering costume makeup, it's probably too late to start on body paint. As we learned earlier this month from a MAC makeup artist, body paint takes hours; faces are a less time-consuming endeavor. Easy face options include this Dia de Los Muertos skull face —master it today, and you can repeat the look for the parade on Sunday— or these zombie-esque looks that you can finish with makeup you already own. And if all else fails, just copy this girl's easy Taylor Swift Polaroid idea.
