Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
The skate and streetwear movement continues in the Haight with the upcoming opening of Fresh. We first received word of the new location in July, along with news that Diamond Supply Co. and Cukui would also open in the neighborhood. Since then, the two latter brands have opened while the former won't until early next month. There will, however, be a soft opening by the end of November, the brand tells us. It will be Fresh's third location with two others in the Sunvalley and Hillsdale malls (the Fresh Apparel store at Tanforan is a sister brand). The store is also hiring so reach out if brands like Crooks & Castles and Billionaire Boys Club are your thing.
