MISSION BAY— Calling all fashion bloggers. FashTech is connecting bloggers and tech companies on Tuesday, November 25th from 6 to 9 pm at the Wix Lounge (500 Terry A Francois Boulevard, 6th floor). Whether you're a blogger looking to build partnership with fashion brands, a fashion tech startup that needs blogger intros, or just looking for information on running blogger campaigns, this panel could offer much-needed tips. EMBARCADERO— The SFEtsy Indie Holiday Emporium will be held at Pier 35 (the old cruise terminal) along the Embarcadero in San Francisco on Saturday, November 29th and Sunday, November 30th from 11am - 5pm each day. SFEtsy has been hosting this annual market since 2006 to showcase work by team members and other artisan crafters and makers. With folks still away for Thanksgiving, it might not be a complete zoo. UNION SQUARE— If you're in town Friday November 28th, stop by Union Square for Macy's 25th annual Great Tree Lighting. The ceremony is scheduled to start at 6 pm and the 83-foot tree will start twinkling at 6:40. Entertainment includes Tap Dancing Christmas Trees from Alameda, which is reason enough to haul back to San Francisco early for the event. [Fun Cheap]
