A visit to the What Goes Around Comes Around (WGACA) stores in NYC and in LA will fill the vintage connoisseur's closet with big names like Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Alaia, and Comme des Garcons. Sadly, WGACA has no immediate plans to open a location in SF. But there is the next best thing: a partnership with local boutique Rand + Statler.

"We've been friends with (WGACA) for a very long time," Rand + Statler co-owner Catherine Chow tells SFGate. "They wanted a partner in each city and felt that the collections they have would really add value to the assortment in our store." The two stores are a natural match—Rand + Statler stocks ready-to-wear from current luxe brands while WGACA specializes in vintage. But before you envision the old Comme des Garcons sitting next to the new, the current selection from WGACA only includes Chanel with prices ranging from $550 to $4,000. This can change as the partnership develops. Until then, head into the Hayes Street store to pet some buttery Chanel leather.
