Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

After eight years in the Lower Haight, P-KOK Eden will close early next month due to a rent increase. Until doors officially close on January 5, all inventory in the store is 20% to 50% off retail prices. Even if you've never really thought to step into the edgy, bohemian boutique at 776 Haight Street (except for those occasions when you needed a full fishnet bodysuit), you might consider a visit now. With a little luck, you could unearth some strong options for upcoming holiday parties, like this metallic jumpsuit or this Kim K-esque bodycon dress. And not to worry, P-KOK Planet at 1445 Haight Street will remain open as the last-standing P-KOK.
