Night Shopping: This Week's Downtown Department Store Hours

Was your life just a little too easy there for a hot minute? Were you thinking, "Gosh, I have all this free time on my hands"? Well those days are over. Now that we're in the second week of December, life is filled with holiday parties and spectacles —Nutcracker!— and shopping for those holiday parties and spectacles. Here's when you can shop the downtown department stores this week.

Barneys New York: Barney's finally simplified its hours this week. Monday through Saturday, the store will be open from 10 am to 8 pm. On Sunday, hours are 11 am to 8 pm.

Bloomingdale's: Monday, December 8th through Thursday, December 11th, the store is open from 10 am to 9 pm. Friday and Saturday, the store will extend hours from 10 am to 10 pm. On Sunday, the store will be open from 11 am to 8 pm.

Macy's Another week of crazy Macy's hours. On Monday, December 8th, the store is open from 9 am to 11 pm. Tuesday and Wednesday, it will be open 8 am to 11 pm. Thursday, it's back to 9 am to 11 pm, and Friday through Sunday, store hours are from 8 am to 11 pm.

Neiman Marcus: Monday through Sunday, the store will be open from 10 am to 8 pm. Thanks for keeping it simple, Neiman's!

Nordstrom: The store will be open from 10 am to 10 pm Monday, December 8th through Saturday, December 13th. On Sunday, December 14th, the store will be open from 10 am to 9 pm.

Saks Fifth Avenue: Monday, December 8th through Wednesday, December 10th, Saks will be open from 10 am to 7 pm. Thursday through Saturday, store hours are 10 am to 8 pm. On Sunday, December 14tgth, Saks will reduce hours to 12 to 7 pm.

Wilkes Bashford: From Monday, December 8th through Wednesday, December 10th, the Union Square location will be open from 10 am to 6 pm. On Thursday, Wilkes Bashford is open late, 10 am to 8 pm. Friday and Saturday, the store will once again be open form 10 am to 6 pm. On Sunday, there are reduced hours: 12-5 pm.
