RICHMOND—Joy Bianchi is hosting one of her fabulous shopping parties at Helpers House of Couture at 2608 Fulton Street (take a tour of the place here!). From 9:30am until 4:00pm on Sunday, February 16, Joy will welcome shoppers looking for high end (we're talking mint vintage Halston, Chanel, Margiela and the like) into her three floors of gorgeous merchandise.
