Fashion Exchange is closing its doors on Haight Street after just a year and a half. The owners say the rent was too high. Some neighborhood folks say perhaps there was too much buy-sell-trade competition on Haight. In any case, they still have locations on Polk, Market and Clement. And everything is 30% off until the store closes at the end of the month. [Uppercasing]
