There's a new juice shop in the Russian Hill nabe called Project Juice founded by Bay Area entrepreneurs with a penchant for local, organic ingredients. They say the name comes from the idea that many aspects of life are lived in stages of "projects"—like, an "eating better" project or a "healthier lifestyle" project. And now, locals near the new Polk Street storefront can incorporate juices and juice cleanses into all of life's projects. The grand opening is tomorrow from 7:30am to 8pm, and it's the perfect time to head over for a "juice tasting," to find your perfect blend.
