Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Cat Seto juggles many hats as designer, illustrator, writer, mother, and store owner. And following last year's launch of her stationery line Ferme à Papier (meaning "farm to paper") she has re-branded her formerly very girly Russian Hill boutique into a luxe, sophisticated space with colorful pops and nerdy, academic motifs. The cards and note sets have captured snail-mail hearts, landing in over 800 retailers including Anthropologie, Bloomingdale's, and Kate's Paperie. But instead of chasing the styles around town, shop them all in one location—in addition to her art canvas prints, Voluspa candles, Malin + Goetz beauty products, and pretty clothes from Scotch and Soda. The shop soft opened a few weeks ago, but tomorrow, February 26, head over from 2pm to 5pm for a "Speak-Teasy" open house. Stationery will be 20% off and tea and sweets will be on hand for a good excuse to linger, safe from the rain.
