When costume designer for HBO's Looking, Danny Glicker, was searching for a wedding dress for episode seven, he tapped SF designer Trish Lee for the gig. Lee tells the Chronicle that she only had seven days to produce a dress but luckily it needed to be a size 2—a sample size. From the gowns sent over, Glicker chose the Marie dress, tweeting:
.@TheEditorialite It's gorgeous, from a local SF designer @TrishLeeBride I wanted the vibe to be Modern, clean, not funny, beautiful

The lace-detailing and cap sleeves are absolutely swoon-worthy. And with wedding season around the corner, here's to hoping the SF-designed-and-made dress graces the bodies of many brides in the months to come.
