SF-based Rue Magazine's art director Maia McDonald and her husband are expecting their first baby, and the magazine's EIC Crystal Palacek threw her the dreamiest shower ever. The location was the Cuyana showroom, local designer Lauren Nelson did the decorating, and Crystal shares all of her other sources as well in the link above.
