POTRERO HILL— The brand spankin' new development known as Onyx on De Haro Street has officially listed its condos. They run around $1,000 per square foot.
RINCON HILL— International starchitect Rem Koolhaas will design a 550-foot tower at Transbay Block 8.
SAN FRANCISCO— Some mind-blowing sales happened last week. First, a home in Noe Valley sold for $1.31M over asking. Second, another home in Noe Valley sold for $7M, making it the most expensive single-family home sale in the history of the neighborhood.
