Heath Ceramics is finding inspiration from the Icelandic landscape for its seasonal, Summer 2014 collection. The summer hues include matte green, lavender, and basalt gray glazes that are a play on new plant life juxtaposed against the rich, dark earth. The collection also incorporates a special glazing technique that creates texture on the surface of the bulb vase and the deep serving bowl—like a woodsy summer moss. The full collection will be available to shop in stores and online starting April 1 and until October 1. It's the perfect excuse to head over to the Mission factory store for a tour before bagging a few seasonal pretties for your spring tablescapes and parties.
